I'm a native Northwesterner, who grew up between water and mountains. I work in IT, but am planning to leave my job to travel.

I also study urban planning at University of Washington, although I'm thinking of applying to some other schools.

But hey! What is there to know about me? Well, I like art, film, food (high and low class), nature, and cities. I like finding the spots that make a city unique.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I want to meet people who can show me the best parts of their town. Lonely Planet, 36 Hours In, and AirBnB are all great, but they don't include the hidden gems and the gems are what I want to see.

I've hosted people before and have always had a great experience.
