i love house music, classic rock, 80s, reggae. my favorite song is "this must be the place" by talking heads

read mostly non-fiction. i like classic novels. "there are only so many classics"

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

a rally of one million people marching through havana to protest EU trade sanctions (missed seeing fidel speak by 10 minutes)

the sunrise and subsequent hike in haleakala crater on maui (where i'm from) is pretty breathtaking
