ABOUT ME

I'm not a natural traveler. I can't sleep... maybe my experience is limited.....I persist because I'm restless. I tend to record experiences and review them later...I learned this five minutes ago. Self assessment and self-sale are forms of torture. Our plans should be secrets until they manifest. I like to offer what I can wherever I am, but by no means can tell you what that is...I look bad on paper. I come in as a day laborer and leave as family.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to couch surfing and looking to participate. I think I'll start by going to some groups. I'd like to help people out with practical things if we get this going.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't formerly surfed through the site yet, but have been amazed at the kindness of strangers on my music trip.

The most amazing things can be confused with the most amazing experiences. I mean a trip to grocery can change your life. I think travel helps notice the otherwise trivial. I went down through the cataract canyon in a raft, which was neat, but really scary part was the wandering sourceless light I saw on the shore as I sat alone... I went over cinnamon pass(colorado) in a jeep, but the most amazing part was when the water pump blew up back in Illinois as we pulled into Olaf's drivewway!
