ABOUT ME
I always have a hard time finding things to write about myself to sum me up in one word, sentence, paragraph, etc.
Put simply, I'm a bit of a social adventurer. I love people, and I love gaining new experiences. I tend to say yes more than no even if it gets me in trouble sometimes.
My closest friends aren't always the people I spend the most amount of time with but the people who I spend the most memorable times with.
I can't go more than a few minutes without cracking a joke and don't take myself or others too seriously.
I'm a poor writer and get distracted easily when I'm trying to finish someth......
PHILOSOPHY
Enjoy life. Brighten the lives of those around you and be open to others brightening yours.
Success is leaving the world a better place than you found it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Not much so far, just starting to learn all about CouchSurfing.
Interests
The big three: soccer, surfing, and motorcycling. Nothing quite like catching that perfect wave though. I love going to new places and seeing what the ocean has to offer.
Also, anything outdoors. We live in a beautiful world and I try to take every opportunity to enjoy it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've been to a few really amazing places in the world and have many more that I'd love to see. But what I've noticed is that my favorite and most memorable stories involve the people more so than the setting itself (even if that person happens to be me).
That said, one of the most amazing things I've ever seen is the Grand Canyon in Arizona, USA. I've lived just a day's drive from it most my life and just went to see it last month. For so long I've been thinking of all the far away places I'd like to go see and had ignored arguably one of the most magnificent feats of nature ever. I'd seen photos and it looked pretty, but not that impressive. Sure enough, once I saw it I took a million pictures and none of them come close to doing it justice. If you ever have a chance to go there jump on the opportunity.
I'd love to go back and take a few days to hike into the canyon (and hopefully up the other side!).
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a bit of a freak when it comes to learning. When I find a topic I like I'll research it to no end and try to learn ever possible thing I can.
I also tend to jump around a bunch so I end up remembering bits and pieces of info on some useful (and a lot of not-so-useful) topics.
I'm a software developer by trade and I will talk your ear off on all things computers, networks, and programming. I'm quitting my job to do a bit of world travelling and I plan on playing with a few cool technologies with all my free time so feel free to give me suggestions of cool tools I could play with.
