ABOUT ME

After spending 25 years as a professional, I decided to join my partner and go back to school (KU Leuven, Belgium) to pursue an MA in Education. Having completed my education, I find I have picked up the travel bug again. I spent 4 years in Korea teaching and have seen much of SE Asia. I have traveled also throughout the Middle East, Europe and South America. I am looking forward to my new experiences couch surfing and meeting lots of wonderful people. I have been a member of couchsurfing a few years now, but I am just now putting it to good use. I/ we hope to meet and make lots of new friends.

PHILOSOPHY

Be kind, you only go around once. Say only the good things people need to hear! The world is TOO full of negativity. Treat others as you would want to be treated!!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since I joined couch surfing, I really haven't taken advantage of any of the opportunities offered. I hope to do more, and get more involved.

I am a product of the 50's/60's , so I guess I prefer all the genres of the 70's,80's,90's. I also like classical and the theater

How about 2 things? I have been to Machu Picchu and I have spent a night at Base Camp Mt. Everest!! I have also been to Angkor Wat, Cambodia
