Linving my life balancing my artistic ambitions with my steady day job: I work in sales in the finance sector but in my free time I act in low-budget independent films, write poems and sing in a group.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am offering to show people around my city and/ or have a drink/ coffee etc. with other CS'ers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far the ease of finding hosts and local guides has wildly exceeded my expectations. Also, I've received some great tips as to how this whole thing works. People are just great here! I met altogether four Couchsurfers during my trip in Scotland in 2008. Never thought people would be so ready to have me stay at their place and show me around their cities. I haven't used Couchsurfing since as a guest but I have met people over for a drink in Helsinki where I currently live. Now as I am going to Paris all by myself I'd like to meet up new people.

Music: pop, rock, heavy... from System of a Down to Celine Dion.

Books: I love reading and have always a book in process. Mostly I read fantasy and self-help books. I've read my Lord of the Rings, Harry Potters and A Song of Ice and Fire . Now I'm addicted to the Outlander series

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I think the most amazing thing I've ever done was moving to live in France - and I've done it twice. First I lived 2003-2004 as an exchange student in Montpellier and came back to work in Disneyland Paris for the summer of 2007. I think nothing grows you more as a human being than moving out of the country you were born in to another with a language you don't know and a culture you don't understand. If you can make it there, you can make it anywhere.

I can teach Finnish or help someone's training of English. I also like cooking and baking Finnish delicacies. We can also sing together if you wish. And if you need an actress for a short film project during my stay, I am interested.
