I am an Educational Expert and Innovator in eLearning with over 21 years of experience in teaching, training, and educational research. As a 2023 Fellow of the Middle East Professional Learning Initiative at Harvard Graduate School of Education, I have dedicated my career to advancing modern educational strategies, including eLearning, student-centered learning, and project-based learning. I have trained thousands of educators across Palestine and internationally, focusing on innovative teaching methods and the integration of technology in education.
In Addition, I am the designer of Hamdan's Model in eLearning, a groundbreaking approach to virtual flipped classrooms that has been widely recognized and implemented. I have authored several influential books, including "Virtual Flipped Classroom Model: Hamdan's Model in eLearning" and "Toward an Effective Teacher in Face-to-Face and eLearning", which have contributed significantly to the field of educational technology.
In addition to my academic contributions, I have held key leadership roles, including serving as Vice Chairman of the Democratic Youth Association for Development and as an elected member of the General Secretariat of the General Union of Palestinian Teachers (GUPT). I have also been an active participant in international educational conferences, advocating for teacher rights and the integration of digital tools in education.
I hold a master's degree in mathematics education from Birzeit University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Education at the University of Abdelhamid Ibn Badis in Mostaganem, Algeria. My work continues to inspire educators worldwide, particularly in the areas of eLearning, teacher training, and educational innovation.
