ABOUT ME

Hello CS!
American guy currently on an adventure.
After 3.5 years living and working in Daegu, South Korea, I have now made my way to the Kingdom... Saudi Arabia that is.

With a background in Middle East studies, it nice to be back in the region and look forward to all that it has to offer.

Now for those who may not have worked in the Gulf, there is tons of time to travel( thank you national, religious, school holidays!!!) so I'm back on couchsurfing hoping to find some cool people to connect with on my travels.

Summer 2014:
I am conducting fieldwork for my masters focusing on sustainable coffee practices. My fieldwork is taking me to Tanzania, Norway, Denmark, Finland and the UK. So if I send an email for couchsurfing, odds are I am in or coming to your area.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed Mt. St. Catherine in the Sinai... not to mention we hiked through the desert for about 6 hours to get to a bedouin camp( best part: watching a sky filled with bright stars!).
