I am studying in California Maritime Academy now. I am exchange student from Japan.
I had studied English for 3 months in the Philippines and traveled Southeast Asia for a month; the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos and Myanmar.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet many people through all over the world. And I want to have good time with them and learn their cultures, foods...etc.

Interests

I like basketball. I have played it for 10 years. I often watch NBA game on TV.
Football and baseball are also my favorite sports. I have watched these games many time on stadium in Japan and the U.S.
On the other hand, I am interested in culture, people, foods and so on. I have experienced these things in Southeast Asia.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite movie is "Back to the Future".
I like American movies and musics. I often listen to "the weekend", "Maroon 5", "Coldplay"...etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled Malay peninsula by train; from Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok. It took almost 3 days. I met many people. There is a family next to my seat. I talked with them and they taught me their home, trip, culture and so on. Also, when the train arrived in a station, many people sell foods, water, snacks. I traveled alone, but I didn't feel lonely. Lastly, I arrived in Bangkok. But it was delayed for 5 hours!
