I'm 26 years old.
I'm from Nagoya .and I lived in Osaka When I was in the university and working for two years .

When I was in the university My major was commerce.
I had played soccer for 20 years, until I was in the University.

I quit my job As an HR consultant.
I did B-to-C and B-to-B services.
I was a Career consultant and provided support for mid career-recruitment of companies.
Career consultancy is giving career advice from young people to exective people and to people of various occupations .
For example… If you want to change jobs , I will consult and look for companies where you can advance your career .
B-to-B 's main customer is the automotive industry. For example TOYOTA.
When a company wishes to recruit outstanding people , I will listen to the situation of the company and introduce candidates suitable for that company.

The reason I quit my job is because I would like to do my vision.
And to go around the world for about 2 years .

My vision is
To make the world more familiar for Japanese people.
Increase the number of people who have big dreams and who are active in the world.

The reason is because I want to make people become what they want to be , I want to encourage them to have an exciting work and lifestyle.

As a career consultant I strongly felt that few people know what they want and what they want to become.

So, I’m going to interview young Japanese CEOs around the world for two years.
And I will show the interviews to young Japanese people by social media .
I hope that Young Japanese people will be inspired and Finally do something next.
