Hi. I am Won. I am theonly Buteyko Method and also Initial Alexander Technique instructor in Korea. And I am a writer and translator as well.

I am living in Daejeon currently.

Few fun(?) facts about myself.
-I am a tea lover and not a big fan of alcohol.
-I can hold my breath under water for 3 mins easily. Longest one was 4:32.
-I like freediving and any breath related works.
-I am interested in wellness, and physical-mental health. I want to learn about it more.
-Currently, I am translating several books, so i can bombard you with all the stories and theories of what I am dealing with nowadays.
