ABOUT ME

I love to travel and experience new things. I enjoy lots of different activities, including reading, writing, hiking, cooking, baking, and spending time outside.

I also love chocolate, cardigan corgis, a nice glass of wine or an interesting beer and having good conversations, and meeting new people.

I have lived in the United States, Canada, Austria and Norway, and currently reside in Edmonton, Alberta.

Music - I really strongly dislike country music, and I'm not big on rap and some types of metal, but I like almost anything else! Some of my favorite artists include Panic! At the Disco, Billy Joel, Sarah McLaughlin, Shawn Colvin, Fred Pellerin, Klô Pelgag, Florence + the Machine, Sheryl Crow, Avicii, Amanda Palmer, CHVRCHES, and Tracy Chapman.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Hiked to Kjeragbolten and posed on it for a photograph (it's a loooong way down to the fjord, and there was nothing between the edge of the boulder and empty air)! That one is the second picture above (: Gone to India for a close friend's wedding and participated in many of her family's wedding traditions.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I can teach you how to make buttermilk pancakes, cook some for you myself, share some Canadian goodies with you, teach you some different games (which I bring with me when travelling) or show you a new recipe! I have lots of interesting stories/skills, and I'm a pretty good cook or baker (:
