ABOUT ME

I am from Washington State and I moved down to California ten years ago to go to college. After completing my degree I left to travel the world, lived in San Francisco and am now back in Northern California and love being so close to the ocean and mountains!

PHILOSOPHY

I feel like life is an adventure and it shouldnt be taken too seriously.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hope to participate by interacting with people from other cultures. I love the excitement of showing someone around my most loved places and I hope to find some new ones in my travels.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing is by far the best form of traveling. I have met some amazing people through this program and it just adds so much to the experience of a place to stay with someone who actually lives there.

Intereses

travel, surfing, scuba, painting, hiking, cooking, reading a good book while sunbathing, mushroom hunting (the edible, not the hallucinogenic,) Gardening, backpacking, hot springs, weird food, taking baths, mostly natural stuff.

Música, películas y libros

I like a lot of different kinds of movies. I am usually always up for a comedy no matter how dumb the humor might be. My taste in music is pretty eclectic but mostly I find myself listening to seattle 90's grunge music. My favorite book is still life with woodpecker. I love to read and usually have a book on hand.

I have flown in a sea plane up the canadian west coast into alaska and seeing the untouched wilderness was incredible.

I can teach anyone to surf, swim, paint and draw, or cook. I am sure I can teach other things too but those are areas I feel most confident in.
