ABOUT ME

I'm open-minded, uncomplicated, love to read and appreciate a twisted sense of humor. I'm a social smoker and drinker. I love wandering around in the woods, being on the water, and watching meteor showers. My apartment sits back in the woods which are full of birds and deer often feed and sleep right below. Sometimes at night you can even hear the coyotes. It's a good place to be.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a diehard Led Zeppelin fan and believe them to be the best rock band -- ever. Having said that, I enjoy listening to classic rock, blues, folk, zydeco, Celtic, some metal, some pop, and have my alarm set to 91.5 which is lots of Dean Martin, Louis Armstrong, Frank Sinatra, Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Gene Krupa, Judy Garland, Doris Day, Billie Holiday stuff. Needless to say, my Zen Stone is loaded with a pretty eclectic mix.

When it comes to movies I'm just as diverse. I like fantasy, "smart" comedies, action, adventure, and yes, even musicals. Scary movies tend to freak me out and love stories make me gag.

I read a lot and usually have 2 books going at the same time. Again, mystery, comedy, fantasy, oh yeah, and anything by Stephen King. Although some of my favorites are non-fiction or fiction based on historical fact.

I also enjoy doing crossword puzzles, sudoku, and logic problems and always have a few in my bag just in case I get stuck somewhere and need to kill time.
