To meet new people and discover new cultures in a way which wouldn't be possible by staying in hotels or even youth hostels.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite music is pretty much anything from musicals. Apart from that I love comedy raps (such as Tim Minchin or Flight of the Conchords). The "serious" music that I like includes Ed Sheeran, You Me At Six, Bastille, Mans Zermerlow...

At the minute I'm reading IT/Ca in French, and 1984 in English.

I prefer TV shows to films, but one of my favourite films of all time is Shutter Island - it's a masterpiece!
