Overview
About Me
Slowly working my way around the globe! I wasn't fortunate enough to have money to travel so I saved what I could and work along the way - the struggle is 100% part of the adventure and you can make anything happen if you put your mind to it.
As easy going as it gets, super chilled out and always looking for new experiences.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to meet as many people from as many cultures and backgrounds as possible and this seemed like a fun way to do it.
I'm also a thrifty traveler by nature and necessity - however I always make sure I repay the favor whenever I'm settled - my rooms always become a half way house for people I've met along the way.
Interests
Educated in arty subjects I love anything a bit creative!
Music is a HUGE part of my life and I like to get to a good gig as often as possible.
Enjoy a night out but equally enjoy chilling out having a laugh.
Music, Movies, and Books
My tastes are extremely broad and I'm appreciative of a lot of things
Music wise anything from Duran Duran to Electric Wizard. Mainly stick around the psychy/stoner
rock. A heavy riff and I'm all in.
I don't get time to watch much TV and prefere not to anyways but I do have a few guilty pleasures for them hangover/rainy days but would always prefer a good doco.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hollie: I once raised £200 for charity by doing a truly awful rendition of Kate Bush's wuthering heights in front of a large audience.
Charlotte: I rented out the top of a bar for an art exhibitions based on the novel "Empire of the Sun"
