CURRENT MISSION

I'm using my "studying" in Italy as an excuse to travel. I want to meet tons of new people, see everything that I can and do as much as possible.

ABOUT ME

I am an energetic gal which a fervor for seeing everything that I can while meeting new people that I can hang with. I'm definitely up for trying tons of new things, so that when I'm an old woman, I won't be saying I missed out on anything. My older sister passed me her snarky sarcasm; I never even had a chance. I'm a big fan of animals and get more upset when they die in movies than the actors. I really enjoy curling up with a good book, and I love watching any kind of movie and listening to any kind of music. I love when I meet a someone who introduces me to a new film or band. Learning new things is something else I enjoy, be it a new language, random facts, how to cook or surf, history, anything. I'm a chatty person, but I can be a good listener, as well. I'm a business major because it seemed like the most logical decision for the economic situation in America, and the easiest way to get a job out of college. I go to school in San Antonio, a great city. but I also love to write. I write poems, and I'm working on a novel, at the moment, but I'm quite reluctant to let people read them. Haha. I like to go dancing or have a chill night with some friends. Traveling as much as I have has definitely made me easy-going.

PHILOSOPHY

Live your life on the edge, but don't fall off the cliff. I just don't want to waste my life. Some people are dead before they even stop breathing because they don't take advantage of what they can do; that's not going to be me. I hate to be cliche, but... "live, laugh and love".

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't had anyone couch surf at anywhere I've lived, and I, myself, haven't couch surfed anywhere yet either. Hopefully soon! I just learned about this from some friends recently, and I can't put up people right now because my roommates would not allow it, plus there is no where for someone else to sleep! But when I return back to San Antonio or Austin, I would be happy to let someone bunk up.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love way too many movies, but some of my top favorites are... 500 Days of Summer, Death Proof, The Boondock Saints, Remember the Titans, Dances with Wolves and Sabrina (the Audrey Hepburn one).
Music, again, I love so much, mainly The Honorary Title, Led Zeppelin, , The Killers, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, MGMT, The Boxer Rebellion, Pink Floyd and The Beatles.
Books... Harry Potter, for sure The Valley of the Dolls. The classic, Picture of Dorian Gray, Jane Eyre, The Count of Monte Cristo.
