Spend summers traveling North America for work, spend winters traveling the world for myself.

I'm an avid photographer of the landscape variety. I especially like long exposure night shots.

I find I tend to like to sit in new places and read. For better or worse I have yet to decide.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I went to Dublin a few years back, and while it was a great place, I left feeling empty. I spent 5 days wandering the city and exploring, but I didn't meet anyone. That's when I realized I'm more interested in the people who live in a place than the place itself. Next time I travel I'm doing things differently

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Spent a few weeks in the summer traveling up and down California and crashing on friends couches. It was really liberating, I get overly attached to technology, its always good to be reminded that technology isn't everything.

Music, Movies, and Books

Dune and Neuromancer are by far my favorite books, not for the science fiction but for the complexity and completeness of the world they describe.

Music ranges from strange electronic artists to rock to peter gabriel. I really like a little of everything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've looked out from a stage at a crowd of forty thousand. Theres nothing like that feeling.
