I’ve hosted a gathering called Share&Care which in the simplest form of a description is like an open mic but not about being talented or good at something - but about being seen, heard, held, and feeling safe about sharing something with people. Anything goes - a song, a dance, a free flow of thoughts, a guided meditation, a story, a writing - all of it goes.
