ABOUT ME

Dee: I'm a relaxed easy going type of guy with a thirst for sport and adventure. I've got loads of get up and go & always willing to go anywhere and do anything. I love playing all sports.
Holly: I'm a lover of life, people, handbags and hunting out new experiences that sometimes go beyond my comfort zone.

We want to meet real locals and not just somebody in the tourism industry trying to rip us off cause we've had a lot of it in the last nine months.
Our best travel experiences have been when we have met local people and did what they did and ate what they ate.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We wanna surf and when we get home we wanna reciprocate by hosting to as many people as possible. We have couch at home!

We're new to this. Our first 2 CS experiences were AMAZING, may it continue!

We have eclectic tastes- Loved Lord of the rings, Amelie, Full Metal Jacket, Warriors, Trainspotting, SATC, Most Tarantino flix, The Hangover, Pride and Predudice. Skateboarding Films by Girl and Chocolate, Being John Malkovitch to name but a few of our favourite films. Holly's a closet vampire fan so Twilight and True Blood are on her faves list. Documentaries about the World, the BBC do some great ones.

Books by Stieg Larson, Irvine Welsh, Phillip Pullman, Barry Trotter, Dean Koontz, Tolkein.

Holly addicted to Pop - Calvin Haris, Groove Armada, Gaga, Madge, Basement Jax, Friendly Fires, Empire of the sun, Take That and the Killers to name a few.
Dee likes a bit of everything - Rock: Led Zep, Metalica, Guns N Roses, Nirvana, Rap/Hip Hop: Big L, O.C. 94/95 Wu-Tang, Keith Murray. D&B, Reggae, Ska, Ambient Chill Out, you name it I'll give it a listen.

Holly spent 10 years working in the tea industry so knows a thing or two, most importantly how to make a good brew!

Dee had his own indoor skatepark for 12 years and does a decent 360 flip. Happy to show some moves. Travelling with board.
