I am a gentle, calm, creative soul with a good eye for detail and colour. Intstinctivgness and intuitivity are my strengths. A little humour, a little light, a little mischief.

Travelled. Ive been back in the UK for 2.5 years after a great adventure. I wonder if I will ever feel settled back here.

I used to be an actor. I think I still am. I also love writing, I keep writing poetry instead of novels. I am poet. I am a fantasist, a dreamer, (not not a doer! )

I work as a chef. Healthy, plant based stuff with lots of flavour and colour. I also work with a couple of sauna troupes in the summer time: uniting souls through fire, sweat and skin!

I'd like to learn more about making things from natural resources.

a healthy love of nature and all it's beasts, music, silence, yoga and meditation, language, food: from seed to gut, being careful not to WASTE, a YEARNING FOR LEARNING (generally), wood carving, how, what, why, when, DANCING, writing and learning new words (today: winnow), reading, film, story time, fire, people, banging psytrance parties, sequinned clothes and so on...

I enjoy writing poems.

Oh gosh, I love picking these up along the way. Different music for different moods. Decent music. blues, jazz, psy, folk may get my first pickings. I enjoy listening to talks by Alan Watts et al.
Movies: Yes. though I do struggle with staying awake through them sadly. Couldn't tell you much about many because of this reason.
Books: Yes yes. A page a day keeps the trolls away. Currently very much enjoying Micheal Rosen's 'Book of Play' and 'And the Mountains Echoed' by Khaled Hosseini. Favourite book so far could be 'Papillon' by Henri Charrière. I very much enjoy an adventure story especially if based on a real life lived. Our lives can be so rich if we choose.
