ABOUT ME

I went to college in Pittsburg, KS and got a Technical Writing degree. Out of college I worked for a Kitchen/Bathroom cabinet company for two years in Tennessee and Virginia writing Help menus for software. And yes, it was absolutely as boring and miserable as it sounds. So I took year break and went to work at a resort in Garmisch, Germany.... I'm still not ready to grow up, which is the reason I'm now hanging out in Australia for awhile...

Things that do it for me- random road trips, a can of cheesy spam, the color green, a James Taylor song over department store speakers, airport bars, having a crush, memories of Grandma Holly, silky pajamas under an electric blanket

PHILOSOPHY

Life is a temporary assignment. This world is a temporary home and our time on it is a test. I try to live every day with eternity in mind, emulating and appreciating God's glory.

All time favorite movie : The Princess Bride. I have a puffy chest because of my impressive ability to quote it from beginning to end without missing a beat. Oh what a pathetic talent. lol

All time favorite book: The Bible. Yeah, okay, it has it's excrutiatingly dull parts... but it's my number one place to turn for a few words that never fail to instill courage, inspiration, strength, hope, and love.

Music: ... oh I'm such a huge sucker for some cowboy laments.. : )
