Studying abroad for 6 months really open my mind up about the planet I live in. I met people from many nationalities and ethnic background while in Europe and that experience helped me crawl out of the shell that I've been in for the last 21 years of my life in the US. Now that I'm back in California, I realized that my studying abroad experience is over, but my journey of traveling the world is the next chapter of my life that I will partake very soon.
