Enjoys the simple things in life. Meaningful connections, and smiling. I am calm, softly spoken but playful, I really NEED quiet time to recharge. - if a nutter gets on the tube or bus they normally sit next to me! - ;-)

Living a Holistic lifestyle; Vegetarian/Vegan, Conscious, Healthy. I choose not to drink alcohol!- I don't feel I need it to enjoy myself :-) - I love nature, and going on adventures, traveling with my work (I have lived in China, Singapore, India, UK and now living in wonderful Peru!) challenging the status quo.

I'm a grounded teacher who enjoys sharing on controversial topics such as: Spirituality, Extraterrestrial Contact, Plant Medicines and many other things. Recently I have started speaking at international conferences about these topics. We are living in very exciting and transformational times! I create workshops/talks that help to facilitate a shift in Consciousness. I enjoy bridging the unseen with the seen.

I love children and animals, they are my favourite beings! :-) I feel most myself around their playful, loving energy.

This is the true meaning of inclusivity :-) I believe the meaning of life is to give and receive love otherwise what is the point in being here!?
