Recovering from a horrible au pairing experience by immersing myself in Europe

ABOUT ME

I am an 18 year old Aussie bursting at the seams to get a good dose of Europe! I have spent the last two months au pairing for a French family. Safe to say it was probably the worst experience of my life!
I am now ready to put my travelling shoes on and see as much of Europe as I possibly can. I love to laugh and I guess my friends would probably describe me as lots of fun. I am outgoing, happy and always ready to joke. My aim for my travelling experience is to do all the things I normally wouldn't do. I love meeting new people and learning about other cultures. I am passionate about learning languages, and hope to be fluent in numerous languages later on in life.

Interests

I love books. I love to do things that make me laugh. I am fascinated in ancient history, which is one of the many reasons why I love Europe! As much as I love to sit back and relax, I also love to discover new places. Dancing and making a fool of myself is always fun!

Music, Movies, and Books

As cliche as it sounds, I love any book or movie that makes me feel something. I love the feeling when you are reading a book and are completely immersed in another world and coming back to reality is such a let down!
I love to dance to pop music, but I love to listen to acoustic and indie-rock. At the moment I can't stop listening to Foals.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Australia I live in a small country town. This is my first long travelling experience so I think I'm going to leave this empty! Let's just say there are many amazing experiences waiting out there for me... I just have to find them now!
