I am a North Carolina native raised in Texas, but quickly moved to Cali out of highschool. I now find myself in the south of France to finish my studies. I have worked in the food service industry my entire working life, and I hope to open a restaurant in the future. I also like to create things! I am very handy in the kitchen and am very knowledgeable about beer.
