To avoid the UK by working and saving whilst travelling Oz to fund my next trip, teaching English around Sth America.

ABOUT ME

I am a very easy going person who struggles to describe himself in box form, but here goes.

I finished University in 2007 and bummed around for a few years until I was satisfied that the 9-5 job cycle was a depressing nightmare. Careers were offered and rejected as I shied away from any kind of long-term decision that could have turned me into a dehumanised robot by 2020.

Whilst I enjoy a party a little (a lot) too often I managed to scrape together enough cash to join a friend in travel around South East Asia beginning in July of this year. The rest, as they say, is cliche. Great time, awesome people, amazing stories and the desire never to return home.

Really I am looking for anyone of a similar mindset to myself - enjoys going out with mates, playing various instruments badly, reading, stand up comedy, the sun (not the newspaper), etc etc.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have awoken on many a couch, mostly of the felt variety, plus the occasional park bench. Usually it has been in my own home or that of a friend but I can report no couch related difficulties as my frame seems to adapt to all models, both new and old.
