ABOUT ME

Hi everyone, my name is Mauricio Menjivar and I currently live in Houston, Tx. About to start my last semester of Art School at UofH but have a trip to enjoy first. Afterwards I have a few more trips planned outside the country and outside of the state. I'm a painter/sculptor and have now participated a satisfying amount of shows and am hoping to keep moving foward in the art world and I feel travel is very important for that. Hope to meet many of you soon and hope this goes as well as I feel it will. Take Care.

Can't wait to do some more surfing once I get the time but till then I am so happy to anyone.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Done a lot of couchsurfing throughout Texas and have learned that people can be there for you in so many different ways. It's been great staying in different parts of the state and I really enjoy couch surfing. Just finished doing some surfing in L.A. and I had a blast. Can't wait to go back and explore more of California. I am always happy to host friends from out of town even ones I haven't met yet.

Interests

Love going to new places with new food. Very interested in new art and new art galleries. The outdoors are always great and you can never go wrong with dancing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've travelled a lot of Central America and the East Coast and it's always been so fun and amazing. Outdoor rock climbing is something I'm in love with but hiking up the side of a volcano in El Salvador was amazing.
