ABOUT ME

I like being here, there and want to go absolutely everywhere!
Tried and true Alaskan with a thirst for wanderlust. Attended university in Edinburgh, had a brief stint in Hawaii as a WWOOFer, and now I find myself settled for two years in Japan. Working as an English teacher in this wonderfully beautiful and often bizarre country has been an absolute treat.
I crave the mountains and sea, can't stop buying mugs with animals on, telling my students I am friends with Obama, love riding ferries and eating tacos.
Can't decide between an Irish wolfhound or Australian shepherd mix for my future dog, and I will never give up trail running or Alaska.

One day I want to drive a Winnebago or VW camper van across the US, down through Central America and into Chile. It'll happen too.

Unfortunately I don't even have much more than a level-floor space the size of a match-box for you to sleep on. I am always interested in meeting new folks and showing you my tiny Tottori-town.

Limited as it may be, I can teach you some Japanese, and help you with any taco pinata constructions you may be struggling with. I want to learn how to use a sling-shot and how to unicycle. Maybe knit.
