Hey,
I am Márton Hudáky from Hungary and I am a 22 years old student.
One of my passion is travelling and hiking, I have visited several parts of Hungary but have less chance to travel abroad. I was also a member of the Scout Association for years.
Another thing I really like is getting to know different people. For this reason, I am also a member of the ESN student organization which allows me to meet and help foreign students who are temporarly studying in Budapest.
I regularly participate in debate clubs and believe that I am an open-minded person who likes discussing different topics.
Another hobby of mine is playing board games, I also invented my own card game.
I fluently speak English (and Hungarian) , used to be good at German but I have forgotten a lot.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I felt overloaded during my university studies and I really need to take a break before continuing them, so I decided to travel abroad to meet new people and different cultures. And at this point, Couchsurfing seemed to be the best choice for meeting up locals and well also for having accommodation. Still, I had a tent with me and half of my nights were spent in that.

I like a wide range of music depending on my mood. I usually like if some music is on.
I really like watching films and series, my favourite genres are Drama and Thriller.
My favourite books are related to psychology or artificial intelligence, I think it is fascinating how our brain or a machine is working.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am excited to meet with the local ESN and Debate Communities so for example if my host is interested in debating, I would be happy to show him/her the basics and participate in the local session.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Basically, myself, my culture, interesting conversations, good stories, as this is what CS stands for.
Also I always try to give back something to the host, it can be paying his/her beer, cocking some meal, shopping, giving a gift or anything they need and I can do.
