One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Summer of 2017, I lived at an off-grid Zen Buddhism monastery in the mountains of central California for two months. One of the most valuable reality-checks I've experienced without a doubt. No phone service, wifi, electricity, and access to other communities, while living with monks and committing to sitting meditation 3 hours a day.
Teach, Learn, Share
Languages are lovely to exchange. Teach me some phrases and everyday necessities!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I got nice kitchen knife skills. Let me cut onions and everything else you don't enjoy preparing!
Meditation practices and yoga poses are happily shared as well.
