Just finished my last year of school and am currently embarking on a gap year. I am desperate to make this as fulfilling a year as possible, and travelling as much as possible seems like the only way to do this. Couchsurfing also seems like one of the few ways to travel while truly experiencing a place and avoiding becoming just a "tourist."

Helped construct a school in Bali, had a wrestling match with the son of an Austrian diplomat, worked in the Austrian parliament. Still young, so hopefully I'll have more to put in here soon enough.
