About Me

Just a friendly ol' soul travelling around trying to experience and learn as much as I can!

I'm currently making my way around Europe having visited The Netherlands, France and Spain and Portugal - Now onto wherever the wind takes me!

I'm a big music lover - both listening playing Guitar and Ukulele. I also love exploring and being in nature, animals, relaxing with good friends and Eating good food - preferably accompanied by something nice to drink with it!

I am very passionate about the idea of community living and helping one another to get along. Wherever I am I live in a way that mutually benefits everyone involved. I respect people as much as I can and hope that comes back to me in the same way.

If there is an opportunity to learn new knowledge or skills, I'm always excited to take the chance! I would also like to think I've learned a lot in my limited years on this earth - so if there is something I can teach or help with, I'm always just as keen to offer a helping hand where I can :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the trusting basis of the whole idea. I feel these situations can be some of the most valuable in the sense of meeting fun, loving and influential people in your life. You get a chance to completely immerse yourself into someone else's lifestyle, which can be an amazing chance to learn and develop personally. On top of this, you also have the chance to help people in such a genuine way.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy most genres - especially love Hip hop music and Acoustic music. But my library is filled with anything from Simply Red to Linkin Park to Pachabel!

I enjoy reading about philosophy, anthropology, psychology and sociology - things that help me understand myself and others more.

Documentaries and Comedy films would have to be my first choice when putting something on to watch!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well I guess this trip has probably got to be up there! I have left my previous life woking full time in the UK living in a flat in Southampton to embark on an open ended adventure with little to no plans of when and where I will be next! So far I've adopted a dog, travelled with a group of moneyless nomads and slept under the stars in countless beautiful places. There have been plenty of ups and downs but I'm loving every minute of it and can't wait to see what is round the next corner!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn - whether it be a skill, some particular knowledge or something a bit weird! So I take any opportunity I can to do so :) I also like to help in any way I can - that's what we're here for after all right? So If there's something I can assist with or something you'd like to learn from/about me please ask!

What I Can Share with Hosts

My positive attitude! I want to create the most peaceful and harmonious life for the people around me as I can.
Whether it be helping out with some tasks around the house, cooking a good meal or just having some laughs I am always around to help :)
