Hey there!

I'm a 26yo working professional in the animation film industry (yes... I love toons!), based in Montreal, but originally from Dijon, France.

I've had an account in the past here but let's say that the universe kinda forced me to create a new one so here I am again!

I do travel as much as I can and I am always looking for cheap fares, weekend gateways, discovering new cities or regions... I always try to stay with friends or with friends of friends when I can as it is always better to have someone showing me their city and why they love it so much. And when it is not possible, I usually swing it between couchsuring or Airbnb depending on the mood and whether I am travelling alone or not.

I love food, buying it, cooking it, eating it, talking about it. And arts. And concerts. And fabrics. And having a good laugh with friends, a bottle of wine and a board of cheeses.

You know, when you travel alone and you feel like meeting up with cool peeps and fellow queers, get beers, dance the night out, check out art galleries and stuff.

Being a tourist and doing touristy stuff is fun, however I always want to get a "true" (yet subjective!) feeling of a city, what do real people do? where do they go? and why? and why this neighborhood? etc etc. I have had amazing expericences during most of my trips thanks to the people I have met that I would have not had otherwise.

The list can be long but right away I would say food, arts, animation films, music, friendly and interesting people. I could add urban planning and architecture, spending the weekend in the countryside, hiking, sex (cooking it, eating it, talking about it! ah!), board and card games, community-based organizations, social justice... and anything bringing together all these amazing stuff :)

Tough choice! I mean, between Fleetwood Mac, Brel, Cesaria Evora and Robyn there is a whole world but eh, I like it all!

Movies.... Lion King is an all-time favorite ;-)
