About Me

Born in North part of China, living more than five years in Shanghai from 2010, now I am in University of Bergen, Norway as an exchange student. During my undergraduate, I also went to Mexico on summer program. Different culture and their people are always attractive to me:)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travelling to a nother place, visiting some famous attractions, taking some free duty goods, such kind of trip is not charming enough anymore. So I deceided to make a change. It is always amazing to commuate with local people when travelling, which leads to deeper understanding in their culture. Sharing stories, talking about some topics that we would never touch when stay in familar cirmstances. Open your mind and new things comes in. That is the most important reason why I am on Couchsurfing.
Of course, another reason is that it is a good platform for young people to share resource and build up friendship.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Acting as a volunteer Intern at the student bar in University of Bergen, Norway. During my job, I have learned to make some cocktails, as well as to understand Norwegain drinking culture. It is more amazing when you are really envoled with local people, listen to their life stories and try to feel the different logic of life. We are from totally different cultre but we share the same feeling at most time. I appreciate every story I have heard and friendship there.
