About Me

I was working in the social service field as a Career Consultant where I assisted people who are currently unemployed and receiving government assistance to find jobs in order to become self-sufficient, support their families, and eventually get off aid. I did this for over 5 years and while it can be emotionally rewarding to help make a difference in someone's lives and families, it can also be mentally exhausting dealing with challenging people at a difficult point in their lives. Therefore, as of April, 2012, I decided to resign from my career in order to follow my passion and see if I can make a living doing the two things that I love the most in this world, photography and traveling. I've been traveling on an off since then exploring the world, while sharpening my skills and building my business. You can check out my travels at https://www.facebook.com/HungOnTheWorld/

PHILOSOPHY

Life is not about finding yourself, life is about creating yourself.

There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way.

Live well, laugh often, love much.

Music, Movies, and Books

Too many to list but pretty much anything that entertains, inspires, though-provokes, educates, and helps me to see the world in a different way and understand myself in a different light.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swimming w/ giant turtles in the Galapagos and coming face to face with a 25 foot anaconda in the Amazon forest were some memorable experiences I've been fortunate enough to have.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you would like, I can teach you how to travel on a budget and take better photographs along the way. I would like to learn anything and everything. I can share my knowledge and wisdom if you are willing to do the same.

What I Can Share with Hosts

If you enjoy photography, I can share with you my photographs and in exchange for your hospitality, I can also offer you a free photo shoot if you like. I am also fairly proficient in travel hacking and can show you how to book flights to anywhere in the world for free using reward points and ways to accumulate alot of miles without having to even get on a plane.
