I want to see the whole world. Travel around the globe, get to know the people and their culture (especially their food), see different places, and have fun!
I am the worst tour guide in Budapest! Ask me to guide through the city only if you'd like to hear utter rubbish about the buildings and you don't mind sentences like "I don't know what's that towery thing behind that other towery thing".
Beside of that I am a nice guy, kind but sometimes really introverted. I am chaotic, lately kind of romantic, I love to try new things out although sometimes it's hard to get me out of my shell. I leave the rest to you to find out. It is always reflecting your personality how you will find my personality and what you will think of me :).
What else is here? I plan to take a round-trip in South America. Sadly I don't know anything about it, any help is welcome :).
Ah yes, I am a relly good listener, love to hear your stories, so please tell me your tale!
You know what? Everything is interesting for me, any impression, any weird stuff your culture and nation has. Just try me how open I am :).
Creating a new one in progress.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Hosting people and sometimes guiding through the city of Budapest.
Please note, that I am a man of mood, sometimes I just want to be alone in my apartment. But if I host you or guide you, I will do my best to make you feel as good as I can. And once again: I am the worst tourist guide in Budapest!
Only positive experiences so far!
Mountain biking, climbing (not really prepared), cooking, adventure, sunsets and sunrises, everything what's new, beautiful and different from a European guy's point of view. I would like to see the sun rise in the mountains of Macchu Picchu, I would like to see the mayan, aztec and toltec pyramids and ruins, the natural beauties, experience the flowing of life and energy, and everything what life has got for me.
Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: sci-fi, fantasy, absurd humour, anime, art movies.
Music: goa/psy, industrial, ska (the original and vintage Jamaican one!), reggae, world music, blues (delta blues, the old-one), metal, rock, rockabilly, etc.
Books: Carlos Castaneda, A.J. Christian, Tim Ferriss, P. Howard, Thackerey's Vanity Fair, etc.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Once I drove a train.
Open-air festival with no nearby public lights, so I could see the clear night-sky with all the stars and stuff.
Travelling in the luggage rack of a bicycle - after ~27 years.
Having a flow-moment while cycling alone towards the Austrian border on an abandoned road.
Hitchhiking (the first time I got really out of my comfort zone).
Teach, Learn, Share
- surviving and using the public transport in Budapest (in some aspects it is the same)
- how to use facebook like a professional
- some kettlebell moves
- professional massage techniques.
- urban fun staff like parkour (free run), skateboarding, longboarding, everything that rolls, jumps, bounces, etc.
- hiking and cycling trails, offroad and onroad (I'm a huge mountain biking fan)
- cooking national dishes.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Story of seeking myself, kettlebell movements, the art of moving, massage, (tantric) yoga, philosophy, (tantric) yoga philosophy, some psychology, revelations, lessons I've learned in my life, how to become stronger, more balanced and happier in life by moving out of your comfort zone, etc.
