Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Sooo, I just arrived to Savannah & am excited for the experience. I work on private yacht full time as the first mate & the 2nd captain. (as well as many other hats) However, the owners have dry docked their boat for a lengthy overhaul & re-fit which has opened up my calendar more than I would like. So, I took up an offer to come to GA to help a family friend with their business and learn some new skills. I'm not too sure on how long I will be here exactly, but I want to take this opportunity to enjoy life, have some fun & take advantage of not being on-the-go for the moment

I've never used the couch-surf app, But I really want to make sure that the job I'm doing is decent & all things are good with the world in GA before I dump a ton of money in a rental.. I'm looking forward to meeting some awesome people, hopefully make some new friends and having some fun.

Music? I enjoy all genres of music, with edm as my favorite. Books? I've made it a habit to read one book a week at a minimum & enjoy learning as well as continuing to better myself. Movies? Also yes.
