Sobre Mim
I'm a second-year international relations and economics student doing a year abroad at the University of Tokyo, and it's my dream to work as a diplomat for the United Nations, travelling the world and working for peace.
Por que estou no Couchsurfing?
For both me and for my understanding of international relations, I need to travel - and not just to tourist sites. I want to meet more people and learn more about the world than books have been able to teach me!

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz
There was this one time my marching band, the Calgary Stampede Show Band, won the world championships in Brazil... It was pretty cool! We rehearsed twelve hour days for most of the month before going, and then flew to Sao Paolo via Houston and rehearsed for another week in Brazil before competing. The crowd was wild but good-naturedly so - they certainly didn't begrudge us for taking gold that fine day!
Ensine, Aprenda, Compartilhe
I would love to learn about life in your country, regardless of how close or far it may be. I'm of course partial to anything involving politics or history, but I'd be glad to learn just about anything if you're willing to share it.
O Que Posso Compartilhar com Anfitriões
I have a broad and reasonably deep knowledge of politics and current events worldwide, and I'm always happy to talk about it with anyone! Don't worry, though - I'm not at all confrontational about politics, and I won't be upset regardless of your political beliefs.
I'm also good with animals and, having had pets my whole life, would be happy to help with any aspect of animal care.
