CURRENT STORY

I just finished my working holiday visa in Canada and after many epic hikes in pristine wilderness, it is now time to go and meet my brother in Australia.

I am going to pass China, Malaysia and Indonesia on the way, so hope to meet many locals and see some more amazing places.

I am a 28 years old easy going guy, born and raised in Prague and countryside of Czech Republic, so I tend to like nature as well as a bustle of the big cities and I love to meet new people from around the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Every single time I meet local people who are willing to share their time with me, the visit to the place turns 100% more interesting.
I want others to feel the same about my country, and I love to learn about new parts of the world, that's why I am on CS.

Music, Movies, and Books

There is a wide choice of music which I listen to, from classical thru smart rap to rock and heavy metal.
I used to be a movie maniac but the time doesn't allow it to me at the moment.
When I get stuck on a book, I can finish it in a day, but usually there are too many distractions. Some of my favorites are from Clavell, Mishima and I like travelogues.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Quit job and moved to the other side of the world without a plan. Twice.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some basics of Czech language, share our customs, play traditional card game or go do some sightseeing, show you some local pubs and the amazing food they serve) maybe even take you to the countryside if I will have enough time..

Personally I like to learn about ordinary people of any country, their life and customs.
