I'm Huong, 27 years old from Vietnam.

In 2018, I left Happy Travel Asia after 3 years of service as Travel Consultant for Customized Private Tours to South East Asia and started my gap years - Working Holiday year in Australia in 2018 - 2019, and now in New Zealand.
I'm an easy-going and enthusiastic person and a big believer in Universe, Attraction Law, mindfulness and meditation to keep a healthy and happy mind. I love travelling, doing volunteer, helping people ! I love spending time wth people and hearing their stories

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When finding out about Couchsurfing, it just seemed so incredible to me - a selfless community, and an opportunity to learn about new places and meet people! And it is so miracle and helpful to have the accommodation with the locals right in their hometown !

I'm so curious to meet people from all the corners of the globes and learn about their country, culture and travel stories. Hope to meet you soon !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did hitchhiking from Christchurch to MtCook and then back to Lake Tekapo and Christchurch in Sep 2019 ! It was an memorable time with lots of lovely people that I will never forget !

I attended 10-day Vipassana Meditation Course in Blackheath, NSW, Australia. It is a course with Noble Silence (no talking, no communication with other people), hours of sitting with strong determination (not changing your position, not opeing eyes, foots, arms in one hour)
