ABOUT ME

I'm originally from South Wales, but right now I live in Birmingham, smack bang in the middle of England. I'm currently in my final year at the University of Birmingham, studying French and Italian studies. Last year I spent 10 months on an academic exchange at the University of Padova, northern Italy. I plan to return soon!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Still not much experience due to a hectic academic schedule, but I stayed with a fantastic host in Southern Italy last summer and hope to meet more interesting people in the future.

Interests

Sport - particularly cycling and five-a-side football.
Music - I play the saxophone and have a bit of a weak spot for jazz!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2007 I hitchhiked around the whole of New Zealand and met so many fantastic people.
Last July, I cycled - alone - for 539 miles (850km) from from Venice to Naples in the space of a week, raising over £1000 for Cancer Research UK.
