ABOUT ME

I am a second-year graduate student studying journalism at Tsinghua University, Beijing.

I grew up in Nanjing, the former capital of China and came to Beijing for a MA in 2011.

I was an passionate BP (British Parliamentary, gladly not British Petroleum) debater in college and traveled a lot on different tournaments.

Now, instead of relentlessly arguing for what the world should be, I would rather listen to people talking about their worlds.

I know both Beijing and Nanjing well and I've hosted friends from Austria and US, but not through Couchsurfing. I am new to Couchsurfing and still exploring it. I wish I could have more time to travel across the world through couchsurfing and meeting all kinds of interesting people!

I love to share ideas with people on interesting issues around the world. I have kin interests in politics. The sports I play are badminton, fencing, table tennis, tennis and swimming.
