ABOUT ME

Hey, I hope I have the same amount of self-irony as self-awareness!
I love my own company, and I need a lot of time to retreat and to get balanced. I´m an observer. At the same time I´m social and I enjoy sharing.
I think most people find me a bit funny, a bit quirky/strange, very sensitive, a bit rough, a daydreamer, very honest, with a transparent energy flow. Still easygoing, with a positive approach to most and everybody.
I´m quite direct. I believe straight talking is the best way of dealing with misunderstandings and getting to know people. And sometimes I just can´t seem to keep my mouth shut.
However, I always carry the best intentions.

I host and surf, tell people about it, and so far I´ve only met truly amazing and inspirational people through this fantastic project!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I´ve had some really nice meetings with people from all over the world through CS, I´ve learned a lot, and I´m so grateful to be able to take part in what I believe is contributing to less alienation and much needed cross cultural and personal exchange in this very beautiful place we share.

Don´t watch that much TV on a daily basis though, I prefer live company.

Movies; animation, psychological twists, splatter/horror, asian, anything with a good story, good craftmanship or artistic aspiration. (Trier, Chan-wook, Kurosawa)

I'll read it all (safety instructions on the plane, flyers, womens magazines, memorial plaquets, tombstones) but won't necessarily remember anything of what I just recently read. This goes for the serious literature too.

Inkatrail to Macchu Picchu, kodakmoments on multiple dives, the blue hour, volcanoes, aurora borealis, a mindblowing singingworkshop with Bobby McFerrin and the unconditional loving smile from a daughter!

I can teach to play some ukulele, charango, guitar, bass, harmonica, jews harp, piano, cook Norwegian, Thai or Indian, computerstuff, folding plastic bags, Norwegian, setting up compost, keeping animals, simple video and musicediting, silversmithing, swim crawl & butterfly. And I can take you out on a Discover Scuba Dive. I would love to learn more instruments, jazztheory/impro, to dance better with a partner (tango, salsa & swing I know the basics) effective storytelling, games, theatreimpro, methods to run those synapses quicker, building stuff, meditation techniques and furthermost, about you!
