ABOUT ME

My armspan is longer than my height.
I am a 33rd generation direct descendant of Genghis Khan.
I have an irrational paranoia about heat.
I've never tried fitting my entire fist into my mouth for the fear that it won't come out again.

And just because so many people have been inquiring, my name is actually Hylas, though I can't claim to have any association with being Hercules' gay lover, or being abducted by water nymphs. Instead it is a Mongolian name meaning "elm tree". So I'm a tree. Much more interesting.

PHILOSOPHY

Be open minded and enthusiastic... It's so much easier to like someone than to hate them.

Reached 5000m above sea level, hoping to go higher this year in Nepal :)

Lehren, lernen, teilen

One of my favourite games is where you have to guess a song that another person sings to you, except that they "meow". Hours of entertainment... especially appropriate to sing loudly down a busy sidewalk... absence of a second person may garner a few odd looks from the occasional passerby.
