ABOUT ME

I'm half Bavarian, half American, ... and 100% vegan since 2013. I love baking, cooking, evebings in front of my huge fire plare with a dog at my feet and a great book to sink into. My home is located very rural, birdsong instead of an alarmcock, right at the edge of the forrest. I love living here, even if it means that garden work includes trying to keep the forrest out of my flower beds. WIld strawberries are growing right in front of the house and, honestly, how much better can it get? :)

I'll show you around if possible, I'm always up for a cup of coffee or a trip to the movies ... and I'll try to help with language, locations and any other information I can provide!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

surfing means meeting with friends all over the globe ... and hosting is SO much fun, making someone feel at home away from (their) home is the sweetest! Plus a great opportunity to meet new people, learn new things and get the vibe of foreign countries right here in my home!

Intereses

Horses, people, books, music, dancing, travelling, ... and sometime soon: some beach, somewhere.

Also, I haven't given up on my plan to migrate to Can someday!

There's always music in my house and I LOOOVE books, (almost as much as I love pistacchio icecream, coffee and the ocean ;) )
Feeling like home here means having access to well over 2000 books, most of them in English ... so: Enjoy!

got to spend some wonderful weeks at Cape Cod, in a house located like, ON the beach, with wonderful people, the most amazing kids, waves singing me to sleep every night ... oh my.

could teach you almost anything around and about horses, also some German if you're interested.
I want to learn about other cultures and places I haven't seen yet.
We could share interesting conversations about anything from the best way to spend a Sunday morning to the most amiable character in Sesame Street to places one has to see before one dies to ... you name it!
