Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Looking for some cheap places to stay on a trip to CA I am taking this Jan-Feb.
Also looking to meet some new friends! This trip is really for research as to whether or not I am going to move there.

I really am open to trying lots of things but I do enjoy doing yoga and I also practice Kung Fu. I love meeting new people and learning about them.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have to say 311 is my favorite band. Music is huge to me. I love so many different types.
Siddhartha, How to Win Friends and Influence People, and The Power of Now are really the only books I have read recently but they are all on the top of my list in awesomeness. I should probably pick up my next one soon.
Movies? I'd say Fight Club, Pulp Fiction, Zoolander, They Live, Documentaries. I am not a huge movie guy but there are definitely a few random crazy movies I love.

This question is embarrassingly difficult. I can't think of anything that I would consider "amazing" yet, although It's definitely part of the plan :)
