Hi, I am currently on a working holiday visa travelling around Australia! Originally from England, but I love to travel and meet new people from all over the world! I'm half Chinese so also have a lot of Asian friendly heritage and politeness in me too! plus I can speak Cantonese! I'm a friendly guy who just wants to travel and see the best of what Australia has to offer!

My philosophy is to just chill and love everything and everyone. Life is too short for anger and sadness, why waste time with it?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couch surfing because I was recommended it by a friend. I'd never heard of it before but it sounded like such a great idea that I just had to check it out! It seems like the perfect way to travel and meet people from the country you are visiting, and to learn and truly experience the place in its fullness.

Interests

I love traveling and seeing new places and meeting new people! I also love to listen to music, play football (soccer), Photography, outdoorsy activities (hiking, camping, meditating, etc), partying, and even just chilling at home to a nice movie (I love films).

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite music is always changing, and I love every type of music there is. I really like Green Day, Avenged Sevenfold, Led Zepellin, Arctic Monkeys, Jay-z, Biggy, Kanye, Flume, Disclosure, Kygo etc, etc, just to name a very few!

Favorite Movies is another difficult one to narrow down haha, but here are a few: Inglorious Basterds, Dark Knight, Now you see me, Shutter Island, Rush Hour, The Departed, etc.

I don't really read that many books, so I'll put TV series instead, I really like: Lost, Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Prison Break, Big Bang Theory, Anime

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been lucky enough to do a lot of amazing things over the past few years, one being where I am now on a working holiday year in Australia! I've also spent a year studying in America, and lived in China for a few months, all of these experiences are the best things I've ever done.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Cantonese to anyone wanting to learn. I can also teach you how to do cool keepy up skills with a soccer ball or how to make an origami bird (those are my party tricks!).
I love to learn everything!
