Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling and meeting people. The whole idea of couchsurfing fascinates me and I am glad that we live in a time where such interaction is possible. Eventually when I come back from Europe I would be happy to host people in either Detroit or Louisiana. Let's be friends and travel together

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Shakey Graves, modest mouse, Odezenne, La femme, Blitzen Trapper.

Movies: Last lovers left alive, pineapple express, OSS 117, into the wild.

Books: Autrement qu'être, le visible et l'invisible, ainsi parlait zarathoustra, zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance, to build a fire, metamorphosis, the count of monte cristo, the phenomenology of perception, and more. I love reading.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the middle of a dream I looked at a watch on my wrist in my dream and I read the time. I woke up immediately. The state that I awoke to was limpid, a feeling of certainty. I seized my cell phone with a profound curiosity and illuminated the screen. It was indeed the same time as it was in my dream. This leads me to two questions: why am I worried about time in my dreams? Secondly, did I wake up in the same minute that I saw the time in my dream? Or did I continue to sleep until the time was the same?

Teach, Learn, Share

I am always open to learning things.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I've worked landscaping and various other manual labor jobs, so my labor is not out of the question and we can discuss whatever the value of it be and hopefully we can avoid a death spiral into Marxism. I can cook a bit, mostly just breakfast. I am willing to help in any possible way I can be useful!

Countries I’ve Visited

Albania, Austria, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Macedonia, Montenegro, Netherlands

Countries I’ve Lived In

France, United States
