Music, Movies, and Books
My music tastes are very broad. There are very few genres I don't like. I mostly read books on philosophy, many different types.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
-I played lead vocals and rhythmic guitar for a rock band called 'Gargage'. We released an album called 'Believe in the Dreamer' in 2011 (which you can hear on Spotify) and toured the country promoting it for about a year. We are no longer active as a band but really good friends.
-Quit my corporate job to become a full time practitioner of Yoga. Life has presented me so many amazing opportunities since then.
-Last year I traveled to the city of Mysore, India to study Ashtanga Yoga with its current lineage holder, Sharath Jois.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd be happy to share the practice of Yoga and teach fundamentals that anybody can put to practice. Stress relieving techniques, therapy for injuries, techniques for increasing strength, flexibility, vitality, mindfulness and all the other qualities a consistent Yoga practice can develop! :)
Open to learning anything! New skills, recipes, techniques, methodologies, philosophies, perspectives, all is welcome.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A positive and helpful attitude. To be of service. My experience and knowledge of yoga as it applies to everyday life. Cooking, housekeeping and manual labor!
